The big difference with the BLAZE franchise is that this is not a situation in which you buy into a franchise and are then left to your own devices. With BLAZE it would be common for you to talk to/e-mail your project manager every working day. Additionally, it may be that you are new to business and wish to speak to someone
about an aspect of business that is unrelated to websites or software but is more to do with marketing for example.
One thing that is crucial to understand is that we need you to do well! For the partnership to work at it's most financially productive, you, as the franchisee, need to make a good living, being successful with the Blaze Franchise. If you do not make enough money to live on, then you will probably cease operating your franchise and so your partner organisation, Blue Pacific Systems Ltd, ceases to gain revenue.
This being so, firstly buying into the franchise is set at an extremely reasonable fee, secondly, you are given a very healthy percentage of the profit (50%) and thirdly, we give you as much support and advice as possible, whether it be advice and guidance on the best way of finding new clients or perhaps some other type of business training. This opportunity requires you to do well and prosper and from our side as
the franchise holders, we undertake to do everything we can to ensure that you generate as much business as possible, and consequently earn as much money as possible.

| So how does it work? |
In your first year as a BLAZE franchisee, your standard clients will be small to medium sized enterprizes, with projects ranging from basic websites worth perhaps £500 to quite complex computer based information handling systems (Don't worry, we liaise with the client on your behalf, design and build all these products!) costing perhaps
£9000. It must be emphasised that this is certainly not pure profit, the skills required for software development (computer programming) are expensive skills to employ, so the overall profit is about 20% to 30%. This means that on a £500 job you could expect there to be £125 profit and on a £9000 job, £2250. This profit is halved between yourself and the provider Blue Pacific Systems.
We would expect your average projects in the first year
to be worth approx £3500 each, this results in your own cash in bank return £875. This is a good return on investment on your time considering that after your have received the initial phone call from a client, then if you wish you can simply say that you will get a project manager to call them back, and then you call us and your involvement is complete! £875 for five minutes work. Alternatively, if you wish to be the sole person a client deals
with for the duration of their project, this is your decision. The obvious beauty of this is that if you wish to simply get the greatest number of clients possible and you wish to leave everything else up to us, then you can elect to do so, perhaps you could get one a week or two, or three, the decision is yours. Hence our statement regarding no upper earning limit,
as many customers as you can get, we can handle. There is no finite limit.
Considering that the total cost of buying into the franchise is only £5550, we would expect you to recoup your expenditure within a matter of weeks providing that you do work hard to take your BLAZE business forward (by pro-actively networking for example). Why is the cost of buying into Blaze so low? There is no secret to this, as already stated, your ongoing success means
future revenue for both sides of the team for many years to come. You may also ask why the franchisee is given such a 'healthy' cut of the subsequent profit (50%), this is because, for the partnership to be successful, we require you to be able to make a comfortable living from your Blaze franchise, it is better for us that you continue your franchise for many, many years rather than decide to leave and cease your Blaze franchise hence we need you to
make a good living!
